Optionally, in Brokin'web you can let your customers generate their claims reports. A questionnaire assists them depending on the branch concerned. The announcement is then submitted to the manager who will validate it in Brokin'soft by creating a new claim. From there, the company announcement form is automatically filled in according to a format recognized by the companies.
